Art Director
Maria comes from a solid ad agency and graphic design background from the Philippines and here in the U.S. She worked on accounts such as Princess Cruises, Frito Lay, Farmer John, Skechers, Unilever, Nestlé, Johnson & Johnson, Levi Strauss, to name a few. When away from her laptop, Maria loves to scrapbook and create crafts with paper.
Project Manager
Timmy ensures that Connective’s process runs smoothly from start to finish and that all jobs are completed on time. In addition to this, he helps coordinate marketing efforts with Rodney and works with clients on new opportunities to grow their business. When he’s not working, he’s busy playing video games, trying new foods, and exploring local breweries.
Developer
Ryan has nearly 20 years of experience in web design and development. He has a passion for creating things for people to enjoy. His main goal is to show a finished project and hear the words, “That’s awesome!” When he isn’t in front of the computer, he loves rock climbing or playing board games.
Social Media Manager
Amana loves all things digital marketing, including strategy, creative direction, and analytics. Amana develops our client’s strategies for social media growth, overseeing social campaigns, producing content, reviewing analytics, and much more. When she’s not working, Amana loves to spend time with her family, explore coffee shops, and enjoys chill self-care nights at home.
Project Manager
Valev, our New York-based Project Manager, blends his background in graphic design, web design, marketing, and PR to ensure projects transition smoothly from concept to delivery. His past collaborations with brands like Kenneth Cole and Steve Madden have honed his ability to balance creativity with practical timelines. Recognized with a Forbes Under 30 nomination in 2020, Valev’s knack for detail is a boon to Connective and our clients. When not steering projects, he’s likely exploring the city’s diverse culture or delving into entrepreneurial ventures, always with a fresh perspective to bring back to the team.
Marketing Coordinator
Ty serves as the marketing coordinator at Connective. Ty handles quality assurance in our content development department, writes content for clients, edits and revises blog posts, and much more. He also takes care of various research and SEO-related tasks. When he’s not on the clock, he plays all types of video games, rock climbs, and attends conventions.
