We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to provide administrative and operational support across all departments. Where You’ll Fit In: As a Marketing Associate, you will assist project managers, account managers, and marketing managers with various administrative and operational tasks. You will handle a range of responsibilities, including setting up tickets in Asana, performing quality assurance checks, managing our ticketing system, and performing basic website updates. Additionally, you will support upper management with administrative duties and assist with data entry and phone inquiries. This role offers substantial learning opportunities for individuals interested in growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment.
Essential Duties
- Provide administrative support to project managers, account managers, marketing managers, and upper management.
- Set up and manage tickets in Asana to streamline workflows.
- Conduct quality assurance checks for web design projects and marketing tasks.
- Perform basic website updates and ensure accuracy.
- Manage and maintain the client ticketing system, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Handle data entry tasks and maintain organized records.
- Answer phones and assist with client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Education, Skills, and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.

- Basic knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role in a marketing or creative agency.
- Experience with data entry and ticketing systems.
