We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Strategist to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that achieve client goals. Where You’ll Fit In: As a Marketing Strategist, you will create and execute marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, budgets, and industries. Your role will involve deep research into markets and consumer behavior, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing strategies that span SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social media, email marketing, and more. You will collaborate with channel managers, web design teams, and clients to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Essential Duties
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer behaviors.
- Develop actionable marketing strategies tailored to client goals and budgets, ranging from small-scale to multi-million-dollar campaigns.
- Collaborate with channel managers to refine and optimize strategies across SEO, paid search, social media, email marketing, and web design.
- Create intake questionnaires to gain insights into client objectives, user journeys, and optimal sitemaps.
- Perform competitive research to inform web design and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with web design teams to set goals, create strategies, and optimize user experiences before development begins.
- Define KPIs, track outcomes, and analyze ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Prepare reports that present data in a clear, digestible manner for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest digital technologies and market trends.
- Work closely with clients to align strategies with their business objectives, financials, and desired outcomes.

Education, Skills, and Experience
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast trends and analyze market data.
- Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and web design.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to create detailed, visually appealing reports for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with budget management for small and large-scale marketing efforts.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams and web design professionals.
- Strong understanding of brand awareness and user journey optimization.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital technologies and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and objectives.
